On Wednesday, January 30, the Farmington Libraries welcomes motivational speaker, Ann Sheybani, for her workshop, “When the Shift Hits the Fan: 5 Steps to Getting Your Groove Back.” This event will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Farmington Main Library.
Has your life hit an uninspiring plateau? Had the rug pulled out from under you? Maybe you’ve been downsized, or divorced. Maybe you’re facing the empty nest, or any one of the unexpected bumps that knock us off our centre. Get ready to shine a light on your long forgotten dreams and power up your motivation to reinvent yourself at home and at work. Women are givers by nature, but putting yourself last over and over again will eventually erode your confidence, happiness, and prosperity.
Ann Sheybani is a professional speaker, writer, and coach best known for successfully coaching women in transition on the simple strategies that help you revamp your image, reclaim your personal space, uncover your passions, and pursue exciting new goals that will re-ignite your life. Ann’s clients successfully attract better jobs, more clients, and exciting partners and friends simply by embracing the person they were always meant to be. She has a master’s degree in creative literature and writing from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
